My Story
As a teenager, I struggled with anger and had no healthy outlet. Training became a powerful way to channel that energy, and over time it transformed my life. In later years, I went from being an accountant stuck in a job I hated to discovering purpose, confidence, and a passion for teaching fitness. Today, I dedicate my career to helping others experience the same transformation.
